It’s quick and simple to add comparables to a report using the evidence wizard. Add images below a question by clicking the paper clip symbol next to a question and following the attachment wizard.
Step 1: Name your table
Select “Images”. At this stage, you are able to add an optional Title to the attachment. Click “Next”
Step 2: Select Photos
All images uploaded in the Site Inspection or Clipper Tool will be listed or you can also upload new images.
Click on all the images you want included and edit the size they are displayed, ‘Small’ (up to 4 images in a row), ‘Medium’ (up to 3 images in a row), ‘Large’ (up to 2 images in a row), ‘Full Size’ (1 image in a row). Images will be ordered in the order they were selected.
Click insert to finish.
Step 3: Editing and deleting images
To edit an image click the context menu and select “Edit”:
Click “Select photos” at the top of the page and edit the photos you wish to include in your report.
Finally click “Save Changes”.
To delete a group of images from the report simply use the context menu and click “Delete”. Please note this will delete all images. This cannot be undone.
The can always be selected to close the evidence wizard.
Adding an Appendix
Add a document to the appendix by clicking “Add appendix” at the bottom of the report or below the table of contents.
Choose to upload a new document and add a title. The title will be the name for the section in the appendix. Alternatively select a document previously uploaded in the tool.
When you export the report, a separator page will automatically be added including the tile and appendix number.
Use the context menu to:
- Reorder appendices
- Delete the appendix document
- Remove the separator page
