Peer Review is located in the top right of the report screen.
Select “Send”, select the intended recipients.
Click “Confirm selection” and click “Send”.
The recipient will receive a notification to alert them to review the job.
The reviewer can make changes directly in the report. Alternatively, by clicking on the Speech Bubble next to a question allows comments to be added.
Once added, the number next to each bubble indicates the number of comments added to a question. Comments are stored digitally in the case file along with the name of the valuer and date of the comment.
Once the job has been reviewed, the reviewer will “mark as complete”. The author can then go through the comments and edit each section accordingly.
In the case file, the “Review PDF” will include the following details for the peer review:
- Sent date and recipients
- Completed date
