Adopt a consistent, streamlined approach to the review process and promote valuations best practice with clear audit trails.
Peer Review is located in the top right of the report screen. Users can be selected, and the report be sent over to them for review. For audit purposes the date and individual will be recorded.
The recipient will receive a notification to alert them to review the job.
Once the job has been reviewed, the reviewer will select “Mark as complete”. In the case file, the “Review PDF” will include the following details for the peer review:
- Sent date and recipients
- Completed date
Record a client has been sent the report for review by simply clicking “Mark as sent” under Client Review. The report needs to be sent to the client outside of valuations360.
When the client review is complete click “Mark as complete”.
