Writing your Terms of Engagement Letter
TOE letters will reflect your template selected whilst creating a job. Simply follow the guide text and complete your letter. The functionality for TOE letters is the same as the Report. For full details on how to complete your letter please see Report - Innovative document automation technology.
At the top of the page you can export in PDF or Word.
A notification will appear once the request has been submitted and received. Once the export is ready, a notification will appear at the top right corner of the screen at the bell symbol. A second notification will appear notifying the user that the document is ready to download
Sent to client and Received from client
Marking a TOE letter as "Sent to client” is located under the export section.
Once “Mark as sent” is selected the user’s name and date will be recorded. The date can also be changed.
Record that a TOE letter has been signed and agreed by a client by simply clicking “Mark as received” under “Received from client” section. The signed copy of the TOE from the client can be uploaded into the tool by selecting “Upload file” under “Signed Terms of engagement”. Once uploaded, this file will be available to attach to the appendix of the report.
