Once the ‘Insights’ tab is selected, performance metrics into live and completed jobs across the business are displayed.
The default is set to ‘Live’ jobs which can be toggled to ‘Completed’.
There is an option to filter by client name through clicking in the search bar, once clicked inside the bar a list of clients will appear. Once selected the metrics will only display these client's insights. This can only be done by the admin users.
The map shows where the jobs are located by either a pin or a group (circled number). Users can interact with the map through double clicking on a group or zooming in or out to show the exact location of the job.
Once a pin is selected details of the job will appear as a pop up. Clicking onto the pop up will direct the user to ‘Job Details’.
There are three analytics within the insights tab:
- Shows the number of jobs against the use types
- Shows the number of jobs against the valuation criteria
- Shows the number of jobs across time
If the cursor is hovered on a bar it will display the data behind it.
Within the ‘Completed’ section there is an option to ‘Pick a date range’, this will facilitate analytics within a time window which may be useful for auditing purposes.
