Please follow the below steps to ensure you receive these:
1) Check your spam/ junk/ clutter folder
2) Ensure they are set up and active by visiting your saved search section. For Radius, click the icon shown below.
Radius Saved searches (which include alerts you have set up for deals, availability or planning) appears as below. Ensure you have the alerts you wish to receive ticked:
EGi Data Saved Searches (where you have saved searches in news or legal) appear as below. Ensure you have the alerts you wish to receive ticked:
3) Your internal security could be blocking our emails from reaching you. Please ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains
