Please note, that if you have not verified your email address first, you will not receive a forgotten password email. Please follow the steps in this article to verify your email. If you have verified, proceed with the below steps.
1) From the login screen, enter your email address and click "Continue"
2) Click "Forgot password?"
3) You will be sent an email to reset your password. This can take a few minutes. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/clutter folders.
4) Click the reset link within the email
5) Enter your new password and click "Reset password"
6) Your password has been successfully changed.
You can also reset your password from my account page, but you will need to already be logged into your account.
