Can't access Radius Data

If you find yourself not having access to Radius data pages when you think you should have, this may indicate that you’re using a free account or don’t have an active subscription. If this applies to you, please reach out to your EG account manager for a licence activation email for your company. Alternatively, you can contact us, and our team will guide you further.

University Student?

If you are a university student and have been instructed to use EG Radius to assist in your studies then you should ensure that you sign up using the unique licence activation link provided by your university. Please ask your lecturer for this link, note that if you have already created a 'free' EG Radius account you can still convert this to a subscriber account by following the steps below.

Activating your subscription

If you have an activation link, click through and see options:

  • If you're already logged in:
    Simply fill in and submit the form to activate your licence after.

  • If you're not logged in:

    • If you already have an account:
      Please log in with your existing credentials, then proceed with the activation. Do not sign up again.

    • If you do not have an account:
      Sign up as a new user, then follow the prompts to activate your licence.

1) Clear your cache and cookies

2) Click this link to logout of all instances https://www.egi.co.uk/auth/?action=logout

3) Click this link to access the login page https://www.egi.co.uk/radius-dx/data/

4) Click "Login"​

5) Enter your credentials and try to access it again.
