- Design & Build – Design & build is a bespoke concept for a site that meets the requirements of the tenant or buyer as the space is configured to their spec.
- New – New Build (existing) – Where there is planning for “New Build” space and construction has completed (planning tab).
- New – New Build (pre-construction) – Where there is planning permission for “New Build” space and construction has not yet started. Planning tab would be at permission so will be a pre-letting.
- New – New Build (under construction) – Where planning is for “New Build” and space is under construction (planning tab status New Build under construction).
- New – Refurb (existing) - Where there is planning for “Refurbishment” space and construction has completed (planning tab). Planning not required for interior refurb, only for exterior structural changes.

- Second-hand Grade A – Amenities must include all of these three: Air conditioning, suspended ceiling AND either raised floor OR perimeter trunking.
- Second-hand Grade B –Anything which doesn’t have planning or the three amenities required for Grade A.
