We can change your email address if your company has changed domains (i.e changed from @example.com to @example.co.uk) then we'll need to complete a mass update for all emails linked to that account.
We can change your email address if your name has changed through marriage (i.e janedoe@.. to janesmith@..)
However, if you want to change your email address individually from your corporate email (i.e @example.com) to a personal email (i.e @gmail.com), shared mailbox (i.e shared@example.com) or to a new corporate domain if you've moved company, then we cannot do this as your subscription is linked to the company who subscribe and pay.
